Stored XSS via unescaped tooltip descriptions

Stored XSS in Apache NiFi 1.10.0 through 1.26.0 and 2.0.0-M1 through 2.0.0-M3 allows remote authenticated users to run JavaScript. Parameter Context selectors pass attacker-controlled descriptions directly into tooltip option objects without HTML escaping. A user authorized to configure a Parameter Context can store a payload that executes in another authenticated user's browser session when the tooltip renders.
