CVE-2024-37377Network attack vector

Unauthenticated denial of service via IPsec heap overflow

Published Dec 11, 2024 · Updated Dec 12, 2024

Heap-based buffer overflow in Ivanti Connect Secure before 22.7R2.3 allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service. Ivanti discloses that IPsec processing writes beyond a heap buffer, but no affected function, message field, or malformed-input operation is public. The IPsec endpoint is reachable without authentication, and triggering the overflow interrupts availability without reported data disclosure or modification.
