Filesystem permission bypass via malformed UNC paths

Path traversal in Node.js 20.x before 20.15.1 and 22.x before 22.4.1 allows local users to bypass filesystem restrictions on Windows. The path lookup in src/permission/fs_permission.cc removes four characters from every resolved path beginning with two backslashes, even when no extended-length prefix is present. A Permission Model-enabled process must check a crafted UNC path; successful exploitation grants unintended file reads or writes within the process's existing OS privileges.
