Kernel crash via overlapping preallocated extents

A Btrfs race in Linux allows local users with filesystem write access to crash the kernel during concurrent fsync and direct I/O. btrfs_log_prealloc_extents unlocks its tree path in btrfs_next_leaf and then copies a newly inserted preallocated extent without excluding an extent already copied to the log. Triggering requires a writable Btrfs file and a race with a size-extending direct-I/O write; duplicate extent keys reach BUG() and interrupt the host.
