A heap-based buffer overflow in Microsoft OLE DB Driver for SQL Server allows remote attackers to execute code through a crafted server response. Microsoft identifies the heap allocation involved but has not published the affected function, malformed field, or incorrect bounds operation. Exploitation requires user interaction to make a client application connect to an attacker-controlled SQL Server, after which code runs in that application's security context.
