Cloud file overwrite via side-effecting GET requests

Cross-site request forgery in CVAT 2.2.0 through 2.14.2 allows remote attackers to trigger cloud-storage exports through a logged-in user. Export and backup API endpoints accept side-effecting GET requests, which Django's CSRF protection does not cover, and honor attacker-chosen output names. Exploitation requires a logged-in victim with export rights and cloud-storage access; it can overwrite chosen files and disclose permitted project data when the attacker can read that storage.
