Stored XSS via unsanitized Markdown autolinks

Stored XSS in NuGet Gallery before 2024.05.28 allows remote attackers to execute JavaScript in a package-page visitor's browser. MarkdownService.GetHtmlFromMarkdownMarkdig returns rendered Markdig HTML without removing autolink anchors whose href uses the javascript scheme. Exploitation requires a crafted package ReadMe and a visitor who clicks the rendered link; the script can redirect the visitor, spoof page content, or read page data, but HttpOnly cookies remain inaccessible.
