Unauthenticated privilege escalation via fail-open form encryption

Fail-open encryption handling in DynamiApps Frontend Admin 3.19.4 and earlier allows remote attackers to manipulate frontend forms. The fea_encrypt function continues processing when the PHP OpenSSL extension is unavailable, leaving encrypted form-control values without their expected protection. Exploitation requires a server without that extension and permits administrator-account creation or editing, automatic user login, and script injection through post-processing forms.
