Administrative page changes via missing setup-wizard nonce
Published Jan 2, 2025 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
CSRF in Automattic WP Job Manager Resume Manager 2.1.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to alter resume-page setup through an administrator. The resume-page setup wizard accepted state-changing requests without verifying a WordPress nonce, so a cross-origin request could invoke the workflow. Exploitation requires a logged-in administrator to interact with attacker-controlled content; the published impact is limited to low-integrity changes.
