Arbitrary file download via unrestricted server request

Insecure file operations in SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform Web Intelligence allow remote authenticated users to download any server file. The Web Intelligence Reporting Server accepts a crafted private-data-provider request without restricting the requested file through its allowlist. Valid application credentials and network access to the reporting service are required; successful exploitation exposes arbitrary files from the host.
