Internal service probing via unproxied cloud endpoints

SSRF in CVAT 2.1.0 through 2.14.2 allows remote authenticated users to probe internal HTTP(S) services through cloud storage endpoints. The S3 and Azure client constructors accept user-controlled endpoint URLs or connection strings and send requests directly instead of routing them through the untrusted-URL proxy. A CVAT account is required; API-compatible internal services permitting anonymous access or attacker-known credentials can expose readable files or allow exported data to overwrite files.
