Authenticated SSRF via unchecked FastImage redirects

SSRF in FastImage in Discourse stable 3.2.2 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to send requests to internal IP addresses. FastImage created HTTP connections from attacker-controlled image URLs without routing hostname resolution through FinalDestination's SSRF detector, so redirects could resolve to private addresses. A low-privileged account and a redirect are required; reachable internal services can disclose data or accept requests, and beta and tests-passed 3.3.0.beta3 and earlier are affected.
