Token supply inflation via unsynchronized contract balance

Incorrect state synchronization in the ICS20 precompile in Evmos 18.0.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to inflate token supply. When a contract performs a local state change and an ICS20 transfer from its own address in one call, the precompile updates the bank keeper but leaves the EVM stateDB balance unchanged, so the later EVM commit restores the spent funds. Remote attackers must deploy or invoke such a contract and can repeat the transaction to double its balance and create new EVMOS supply.
