Registry credential disclosure via cross-domain tarball download

Credential exposure in Deno 1.44.0 allows remote attackers to receive private npm registry tokens via cross-domain tarball URLs. The managed npm tarball cache chose scope authentication from the package registry URL instead of resolving authentication for the returned tarball URL, then attached that header to the download request. Exposure requires .npmrc credentials, cross-domain tarball metadata, and a user-triggered install, npm specifier auto-install, or LSP fetch; the receiving host obtains the token.
