Unauthorized document attachment via unloaded target item

Improper access control in GLPI 0.85 through 10.0.15 allows remote authenticated users to attach documents to items they cannot modify. Document::canCreateItem calls canAddItem on an item object without loading the submitted items_id, so rights are not checked on the selected target. A standard account can replace a ticket ID in an upload request and associate a document with a ticket whose contents and write controls remain inaccessible.
