License settings reset via missing nonce validation
Published Jun 21, 2024 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Cross-site request forgery in Uncanny Automator Pro before 5.3.0.1 allows remote attackers to reset license settings via forged requests. A license-management function accepts the state-changing request without correct WordPress nonce validation. Exploitation requires a site administrator to interact with an attacker-controlled link or equivalent content, and the demonstrated consequence is loss of the stored license configuration.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
