Unauthenticated code execution via serialized donor title
Published Aug 19, 2024 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
PHP object injection in StellarWP GiveWP 3.14.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute code through a crafted donor title. The donation form validator omits give_title from serialized-field checks, and donor-meta retrieval later unserializes that value so a bundled POP chain reaches shell_exec. An unauthenticated request to a published donation form is sufficient; the same object path can also delete arbitrary server files.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
