Root command execution via unsanitized Wi-Fi SSID

OS command injection in Wyze Cam V4 firmware 4.52.4.9887 and earlier allows physically proximate attackers to execute commands as root. The net_service_thread function in /system/lib/libwyzeUtilsPlatform.so inserts the setup-supplied Wi-Fi SSID into an iwlist shell pipeline without sanitization before exec_shell_sync runs it. Bluetooth range during camera setup is sufficient; injected commands persist in configuration and can place the camera in an endless reboot loop.
