Arbitrary code execution via OperatorFuncNode function calls

Unsafe model deserialization in skops.io in skops 0.6 and later allows attackers to execute arbitrary code when a user loads a crafted model. OperatorFuncNode accepts an operator and arguments from the model, while TypeNode imports arbitrary functions; operator.call can invoke a supplied eval payload. Exploitation requires Python 3.11 or later and a load path that trusts all unknown types, after which code runs with the loading process's permissions.
