Local kernel crash via missing FPGA parent driver

NULL pointer dereference in the Linux kernel FPGA manager allows local users to crash the kernel through a manager lookup. The manager lookup takes a module reference through the parent device driver's owner pointer without first ensuring that the parent has a driver. The path requires local low-privileged access and an FPGA manager registered beneath a driverless parent device, and its demonstrated consequence is host interruption.
