Code execution via pskernel.DLL out-of-bounds read
Published Jun 25, 2024 · Updated Aug 27, 2025
Out-of-bounds read in pskernel.DLL in affected Autodesk products allows context-dependent attackers to execute code via a crafted X_B file. The parser insufficiently validates file data and reads beyond the end of an allocated buffer while processing the supplied model. A target must open or otherwise parse the file; exploitation can crash the process, expose sensitive data, or run code in that process.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
