Local service interruption via premature request unmapping

Race condition in the Linux kernel DWC3 gadget driver allows local users to interrupt service by causing SMMU faults. The __dwc3_stop_active_transfer() path unmaps queued IN requests before an IOC-cleared EndXfer command has necessarily completed, letting the controller access unmapped requests. Triggering the race requires a DWC3 USB 3.10a-or-later controller, a queued IN transfer, and a concurrent FunctionFS soft disconnect.
