Kernel crash via zero DSC slice height

Divide-by-zero in the Linux kernel allows local users to crash the amdgpu display driver through a zero DSC slice height. The setup_dsc_config function divides the picture height by slice_height without first rejecting a zero value. Reachability requires the AMD display DSC path to process a zero slice height; the crash leaves the kernel requiring a reboot.
