Kernel crash via off-by-one userspace read

Off-by-one error in Linux octeontx2 AF debugfs code allows local users to crash the kernel through a crafted debugfs write. The rvu_debugfs.c write path passes count + 1 to memdup_user although access checks cover only count user-supplied bytes, causing a one-byte over-read. Reachability requires local access to the affected debugfs interface on a system using the Marvell OcteonTX2 AF driver; the bounded reported consequence is a kernel crash.
