Host crash via invalid VGICv2 vCPU identifier

NULL-pointer dereference in Linux KVM arm64 VGICv2 allows local users to crash the host through a crafted device-attribute ioctl. vgic_v2_parse_attr() passes a user-supplied CPUID to kvm_get_vcpu_by_id() and dereferences the returned pointer without rejecting NULL for an invalid identifier. Reachability requires privileged local access to an arm64 KVM virtual machine using VGICv2, and exploitation interrupts host availability.
