GPU process page fault via unsynchronized resets

Race condition in the AMD KFD component of Linux allows local users to trigger a GPU process page fault during parallel device resets. The reset path does not synchronize concurrent devices with the all-process eviction started by kfd_suspend_all_processes(), so one device can restore a process before eviction finishes. Exploitation requires access to a host with multiple AMD KFD devices undergoing resets; the documented consequence is the premature restore and resulting page fault.
