Local denial of service via qibfs dentry leak

Memory leakage in Linux qibfs from 5.13 before branch-specific fixes allows local users to exhaust kernel memory through qibfs teardown. In drivers/infiniband/hw/qib/qib_fs.c, a dcache lookup reference passed to simple_recursive_removal() is not balanced with dput(), so each affected removal retains a dentry reference. Reachability requires local low-privileged access and an active qibfs instance; sustained triggering can hang or crash the host as kernel memory is depleted.
