Local service interruption via PTE-update race

Race condition in the Linux kernel 6.7 through 6.8.9 and 6.9-rc1 through 6.9-rc7 allows local users to interrupt service. The make_uffd_wp_pte() path reads a page-table entry before ptep_modify_prot_start() atomically clears it, so a concurrent access or dirtying event can be overwritten when protection is committed. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access and winning that race during a pagemap scan; the bounded impact is loss of young or dirty state and service interruption.
