Local system crash via pinctrl double free

Double free in the Linux kernel pin control core before fixed stable releases allows local users to crash the system. pinctrl_enable() frees the devm-managed pctldev object on an enable failure even though devm_pinctrl_dev_release() later frees the same object, its pin descriptors, and mutex. Reaching the flaw requires local low-privileged access and an error during pin-controller enablement; the documented consequence is loss of availability.
