Kernel crash via XDP broadcast redirect race

A NULL pointer dereference in affected Linux kernel XDP code allows local users to crash the kernel during a broadcast redirect. A race lets bpf_clear_redirect_map() clear a destroyed destination map before xdp_do_redirect() runs, so the redirect is misclassified and a NULL target reaches dev_map_enqueue(). Triggering the crash requires local permission to load an XDP program and manipulate its broadcast redirect map.
