Local crash via unlocked cooling-device removal

Use-after-free in Linux kernel thermal debugfs 6.8 through 6.8.9 allows local users to crash the kernel during cooling-device removal. thermal_debug_cdev_remove() frees the thermal_debugfs object without holding cdev->lock while thermal_debug_cdev_state_update() can still use it after a null check. The crash requires local access and a race between cooling-device removal and a concurrent thermal state update.
