Task hang via unchecked discard range overflow

Integer overflow in the Linux kernel allows local users to hang a kernel task through a crafted block-device discard ioctl. The blk_ioctl_discard function adds start and len without first rejecting unsigned wraparound, so the calculated end of the discard range can precede its start. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access and permission to issue discard requests; the documented effect is a hung task rather than data disclosure.
