Guest memory exposure via untracked decryption status

Linux allows adjacent attackers controlling an untrusted Hyper-V host to expose confidential-VM guest memory through VMBus operations. VMBus GPADL establish and teardown callers returned pages to the allocator after failed encryption-state changes without tracking that the buffers remained shared. The issue requires a CoCo guest and a host-induced conversion failure; reuse of those pages can expose guest data or cause corruption and a crash.
