Local service crash via unchecked IPv6 device pointer

NULL pointer dereference in affected Linux kernel releases before 6.9 allows local users to crash the kernel through SCTP over IPv6. The ip6_output function dereferences the result of ip6_dst_idev without first checking whether the returned IPv6 device pointer is NULL. Low-privileged local access and an SCTP IPv6 connection path are required; successful triggering causes availability loss through a kernel fault.
