Kernel crash via unhandled BIOS table revision

Null pointer dereference in the AMD display BIOS parser in Linux 4.15 and later allows local users to crash the kernel. The construct_integrated_info function fails to treat Atom Integrated System Info revision 2.3 as version 2.2, leaving Ctx->dc_bios->integrated_info unset before it is dereferenced. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access and a DCN35 system with the newer KMD/VBIOS UMA carveout model; the documented consequence is a kernel crash.
