Task hang via recursive file-backed page reclaim

Deadlock in affected Linux kernel releases allows local users to hang kernel tasks via large-folio ext4 readahead. page_cache_ra_order() allocates folios while holding a mapping lock but fails to enter a no-filesystem-reclaim context, so allocation can reclaim file-backed pages and wait on the same folio lock. Reachability requires local low-privileged access and an ext4 workload using large folios; the observed consequence is an uninterruptible task hang rather than data disclosure or modification.
