Authenticated script execution via unsanitized comments

Stored cross-site scripting in the Comment Handler in bihell Dice 3.1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts via comments. The comment workflow accepts an HTML event-handler payload, persists it, and renders it after a page refresh without neutralizing the markup. A low-privileged account and victim interaction are required; successful exploitation runs attacker-controlled script in the victim's Dice origin.
