Published Jun 4, 2024 · Updated Feb 13, 2025
SQL injection in SEMCMS 4.8 allows remote attackers to disclose database information through the lgid parameter in SEMCMS_Download.php. SEMCMS_Download.php concatenates the unvalidated lgid value directly into the languageID predicate of a sc_download SELECT query. No account is required; crafted Boolean expressions alter response content and permit character-by-character database-name extraction.
