Sensitive database disclosure via unquoted ID concatenation

SQL injection in SEMCMS 4.8 allows remote attackers to read sensitive database data through the ID parameter in SEMCMS_Download.php. The type=edit branch concatenates the ID value directly into an unquoted SELECT from sc_download, so Boolean expressions alter the query and response. The report and CISA assessment state that no account is required, while the demonstration uses an administrative path; the bounded impact is database disclosure.
