Weak password enforcement in NETGEAR WNR614 firmware 1.1.0.54_1.0.1 allows attackers to set insecure administrative credentials. The web administration password-change path accepts passwords as short as one character without case or special-character requirements. Reachability requires access to the router's management interface, and the resulting weak credential enables practical brute-force or dictionary compromise of administrative access.
