Authenticated code execution via incomplete upload blacklist

Arbitrary file upload in Monstra CMS 3.0.4 allows remote authenticated users to execute PHP code through the Files Manager. The Files Manager upload handler rejects only a fixed extension blacklist, then moves every other file into the web-accessible public/uploads tree. A valid backend session and CSRF token are required, and execution follows when the web server treats an accepted PHP-family extension as PHP.
