Service interruption via out-of-range scatter_nd index
Published Jun 6, 2024 · Updated Feb 13, 2025
Improper input validation in OneFlow 0.9.1 allows remote attackers to interrupt service by passing an out-of-range index to scatter_nd. The scatter_nd operator fails to reject an index beyond the supplied shape and enters the reported denial-of-service condition. Exploitation requires an application to pass attacker-controlled tensor indices into this library API; public records do not state whether the process hangs or crashes.
