Service interruption via unchecked negative tensor index
Published Jun 6, 2024 · Updated Feb 13, 2025
Improper index validation in OneFlow 0.9.1 allows remote attackers to interrupt a process with an excessively negative tensor index. Tensor indexing accepts a negative index whose magnitude exceeds the indexed dimension's size instead of rejecting it before access. Reachability requires attacker-controlled tensor indexing; public records do not state whether the interruption is a crash, hang, or another failure mode.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
