Service crash via negative tensor size
Published Jun 6, 2024 · Updated Feb 13, 2025
Improper input validation in OneFlow 0.9.1 allows remote attackers to crash a consuming service by passing a negative tensor size. The oneflow.full tensor-construction API accepts a negative size value instead of rejecting it; the internal failing operation is not public. Exploitation requires a consuming application to pass attacker-controlled dimensions to this call, and the documented consequence is a service crash only.
