Administrator code execution via unsandboxed Twig templates

Server-side template injection in OpenCart 4.0.2.3 allows remote authenticated users to execute operating-system commands. The Theme Editor saves administrator-controlled expressions into not_found.twig, which the storefront renders through an unsandboxed Twig environment. Administrator access to the Design Theme Editor is required; successful injection executes commands with the web application's privileges.
