Unauthenticated database compromise via unneutralized SQL parameters
Published Jun 24, 2024 · Updated Sep 16, 2024
SQL injection in Promokit Isotope (pk_isotope) 1.7.3 and earlier allows remote attackers to read or modify PrestaShop data. The saveData and removeData methods pass attacker-controlled HTTP parameters into SQL calls without neutralizing SQL syntax. No authentication or user interaction is required; exploitation can grant administrative access, delete shop data, expose secrets, or alter mail settings.
