VPS-class record deletion via forged administrator request

Cross-site request forgery in idcCMS 1.35 allows remote attackers to delete VPS-class records through an administrator's browser. The admin/vpsClass_deal.php handler accepts a POST with mudi=del and an attacker-chosen dataID without a request-bound anti-CSRF value. An authenticated administrator must submit the attacker-controlled form, which deletes the selected VPS-class record.
