Unauthorized category creation via forged administrator request
Published Jun 5, 2024 · Updated Feb 13, 2025
Cross-site request forgery in idcCMS 1.35 allows remote attackers to create an IDC product category through a crafted request. The /admin/idcProType_deal.php handler accepts the mudi=add action and category fields from a cross-origin POST without a CSRF token. An authenticated administrator must submit the attacker-controlled form, after which the application writes catalog data with that administrator's session.
