Subscriber-level image deletion via missing capability check

Missing authorization in WPZOOM Social Feed Widget & Block 2.1.13 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to delete Instagram images. The wpzoom_instagram_clear_data() function clears all installed Instagram images without checking the caller's WordPress capability. Any subscriber-level account can invoke the operation, removing the site's locally installed Instagram image data without broader compromise.
