Out-of-range seek via oversized CAF packet table

Integer overflow in the CAF decoder in FFmpeg 6.1.1 allows attackers to trigger invalid arithmetic with a crafted CAF file. In read_pakt_chunk(), the decoder trusts the CAF packet-table chunk size and can add it to the current offset without first checking whether the signed 64-bit sum is representable. Processing attacker-controlled CAF content is required; public sources establish an out-of-range seek and undefined arithmetic, but not a crash or code execution.
